This crooked prosecutor did not even tell the Grand Jury about the Presidential Records Act, which is critical to understanding what they are looking at. We are in banana republic territory. Biden and Hillary has no authority to declassify or to keep records, but they kept them anyway. Trump had that authority but he is the one being persecuted . . . uh "prosecuted".

Apparently not, Stan. The tape was unsealed with the rest of the 37 count indictment. The tape was made when trump was the former president of the US. Every one has heard it. Soon, a jury will too. However, I'm betting the dumpster takes a plea.
