I didn’t say that Bob, if you’ll notice the quotations, I was referencing 1 Timothy.
Also, I have never said I loved Trump. As far as your whole example with this Paula, I can’t comment because I’m not familiar with or whatever is going on with that. I can comment and say however that I do not believe Mr. T to be a Christian.

Many of these leftist social gospel church organizations have had their snouts deep in the pig trough of taxpayer money the Biden regime put out to help bring illegal alien migrants into the country, and so did an element of the Cahtolic Church. Many of their congregations had no idea the higher levels of their church were doing this. That helped foster a major split in the Methodist church and is driving similar activity to split others. Much of the money to pay for these illegal aliens programs was diverted from FEMA, leaving FEMA without enough money for Hurricane Helene.

The upper levels of some churchs have been corrupted by politics. They may call it "social gospel" or "liberation theology" but it is nothing but far left politics. The follow Marx more so than the Bible. The Espicpalisn branch in the US is a prime example. For years, the bishops of the African and Asian bracches of the Episcopal church have been trying to kick the US branch out of the international Anglican communion due to their left wing political slide that has corrupted their church.
THe powers that be in the Epiiscopal church knew this woman was an amnesty ideologue and chose her to preside. This is the same crew whose anti-south bigotry led them to remove the stain glass window showing Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson from the National Cathedral. Next iime, they should find a Baptist Church for their prayer service. In Soviet times, the KGB inserted its agents into Russian Orthodox Churches. It seems like the far left is doing st again.
