Hi Bobby, Rays daughter in law has contacted the website and tells me that Rays son Christopher has his dads guitar and is looking to find some original sheet music to go with it. I was a young boy in the 60's and grew up loving his music. It wasn't until a few years ago when I was helping out my partner on her 60's BBC local radio show, when I was researching Ray Whitley. I had chosen one of three songs to play and talk about and discovered he had passed away in such sad circumstances.

There was also no information about him on Wikipedia except for a 1930's singing cowboy with the same name, which caused lots of confusion for me. I'm not sure but the guitar you mentioned may well be connected to the singing cowboy 'Ray Whitley,' also from Georgia.

So I created a new Wikipedia page for him and his vast amount of music which stopped him getting mixed up with the old black and white film star. I also started collecting all his music from YouTube and made a home for it on his website www.raywhitley.com

It will be four years tomorrow since his passing and I would just like to give something back to the memory of a man and his music that touched myself and countless others all over the world.

Sir I enjoyed you comments on the Fairtax, very thoughtful ones. I had not thought of the Fairtax in relation to the ACM and yes the ACM tax would be affected by the amendments of the Tax Code eliminating the IRS and its tax collection duties. So even the ACM ta would still exist, there would not be any mechanism to gather information and collect it. Your fears of having both an Income tax or Vat tax plus the Fairtax are reasonable but not likely because first because the law implementing the Income tax and the IRS is repealed by the Fairtax and once we go even one year without the income tax I cannot imagine any one wanting it back, but if the companion bill repealing the XV1 Amendment is not passed in seven years then the Fairtax is automatically repealed.

I have a friend whose relative died during the pandemic unrelated to Covid. The hospital told the family they would pay them to let it be classified as a Covid death because they would get paid.

Fundamentally I believe that the super and the gang do truly want to do the best thing for students and empower them to be profitable individuals as adults. The disagreements arise on the process of how to obtain that goal.

I do not believe many of them understand that there is a deception afoot and that the “woke” status quo is one piece of a grander scheme to destabilize our society. We have been conditioned for decades to grow more and more tolerant towards lawlessness.

Under the guise of love and care, we withhold the rod of correction from civilization thus leading to less civilized people. If we create an environment where we say we will accept abominations then abominations we will foster. The acceptance of the thing breeds the thing itself.

Many are focused on the mental health of students. Yet in their ignorance, they affirm mental illness further damaging the spirit. The child is not in mental anguish because they were born in the wrong body. They are in mental anguish because they know not the God who made them.

They call themselves “woke” mentally as if it is some kind of new enlightenment like the “great awakening” but in fact it is the opposite making them dead. They do not know the Lord that they mock is the only one who can awaken the dead. Their actions fulfill the scripture that reads:

“But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.”

Unbelievable, isn’t it? McCrory has named his HHS secretary but has not made up his mind about establishing a state health insurance exchange, a vital component of the impending ObamaCare nightmare.

Gov. Pat should take some time to get briefed by South Carolina’s Nikki Haley, Tennessee’s Bill Haslam, and Virginia’s Bob McDonnell. They ALL campaigned for him in the general election and are ALL refusing to establish state health care exchanges within their borders.
I’ve heard some whining from within Raleigh’s “conservative revolution” that — if we try to block the exchange — we will lose any kind of influence over how the exchange will be managed. Really? SC, TN and VA don’t seem too worried about it. Neither do the 32 other states refusing to establish the exchanges. Only 15 states so far have agreed to set up a health care exchange. All kinds of health care analysts have opined that the ObamaCare scheme will collapse if an overwhelming majority of states refuses to set up an exchange.

This smells like surrender before the first shots have even been fired.

I have come to the conclusion that after the 9-11 tragedy, when we were attacked by the Islamic terrorist group al-Qaeda, though they destroyed buildings and killed thousands of people, they didn’t managed to destroy the United States and Americans will to survive and move forward. Nor did it stop America’s support of Israel, or its involvement in the Persian Gulf War and its continued military presence in the Middle East. So now they have come up with a new plan to destroy the United States from within our government.

Now we have a “Democratic Socialist Squad” of 4 women: 1. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez born in the Bronx, NYC, of spanish decent in a Catholic Family. 2. Rashida Tlaib, born in Detroit, Mi., the first Palestinian-American woman in Congress of Muslim Faith. 3. Ilhan Abdullahi Omar born in Mogadishu, Somalia, of Muslim Faith. 4. Ayanna Soyini Pressley, born in Chicago, Il., African American, religious preference unknown.

Doesn’t anyone see and hear and understand what is going on? These 4 women have completely different core values from what our Constitution stands for. The people who voted these 4 in are searching for a leader to lead them to the “FREE” land, where everything is free, because they think this country owes it to them or they are just to lazy to go out and get it for themselves. This is not what this country was founded on. And what these people don’t understand is nothing is life is for free and eventually someone will be around to collect the payment and the payment will be so large that you will lose everything, even your freedom. That is called “COMMUNISUM”.

John Latham: I have no idea who you are, and have no desire to know you. But before you go running your mouth about something know nothing about, you should just keep it shut!!! But I will take a minute to enlighten you on a few facts. Julie Ann Harris is a lier, and a theif, plan and simple with no reguards to anyone but herself!!! She has not lived there 14 years. She did not have kennels in her yard until just a couple of years ago. In her deed it clearly states that she is not to operate a business from her home, have animals that disturb her neighbors and many other stated restrections. She was aware of these rules when she signed her deed to buy her property. She has no sanitary facilities to store or discard the animal waste, so she dumps it in the woods of an ajoining lot that does not belong to her, and the owner lives far away and know nothing about it. So why don't you come and smell it awhile for yourself....Now if you have any other opinons that you want to voice, come voice them in person to the people that have to live next to this crap and noise.

It must be obvious to even the dullest minds in government that this is a coordinated attempt to flood the U.S. with millions of illegals with the express intention of not simply reducing the population from 'majority white,' but to reduce the national philosophy to anything other than Western historical, innovative and world leading thinking and culture. In other words, it is a hostile attack upon the leading culture that is the prime mover of technological progress and world leadership. In short, 'they hate white people and want to replace us.' There. It is said and it is blatantly obvious. it isn't 'white culture' that is racist. It is obvious the racism is coming from those who hate Western culture and its success. Face it: if it were not for the dynamism of Western culture, most of the rest of the world would still be mired in tribalism or at best, stumbling along with a medieval culture that still enslaves other groups, (the Chinese and the Uighurs,) or beats and abuses its women, (Afghanistan, et al), or terrorizes a population by living as parasites on others, (name almost any South American or African region. consider the kidnappings in Haiti, the Somali pirates, or el-Shabob in central Africa.) And now we have our own populace trying to cut our throat and destroy any progress made that was brought to the world by the expansion of Western culture. Prepare yourself.

And now watch what happens. Seattle is about to lose 25% of its police and first responders for not providing proof of vaccination. Chicago is about to lose half its police force and a federal judge has issued a gag order on the president of the police union so he can no longer speak publicly about why the union is resisting the vaccination mandate. If enough police and first responders are fired, then that creates a perfect opportunity for the federal leftists to step in with a federal "police force." Another darkly dangerous step into Alinsky's world. A Chinese official, as seen on FOX, made a public statement to some of his fellow Chinese bureaucrats that they had "friends in very high places" in the U.S. government. I believe you can count Obama among them as well as Joe and Hunter Biden. Prepare for major disruptions of your collective lives. Unequal justice of the law is the zeitgeist of the day.

And what is more, they want to ignore "natural immunity." Also, it seems they are still continuing to ignore therapeutics such as Ivermectin, which is cheap, effective and does come in doses specifically for human consumption. And yes, hydroxychloroquine; also cheap, effective when used early after onset of infection, and comes in human dosages.
Both are proven effective, non-toxic and already available. Think about this: I believe the ones pushing all this panic stuff are the ones who are getting rich from pushing the vaccines. And if any of them don't have their hand in the till, they're scrambling for political power by keeping (many) of the people scared out of common sense.

Stan: I have an observation with two conflicting conclusions. First, debating a tunnel visioned idealogue is really not worth it. Second, debating as tunnel visioned idealogue serves to shine light on the ridiculous line of thought that is such a threat to any semblance of a free society. I go back and forth on what is the best course.

I suspect what is happening in New York now is just the beginning. Even before all this, New York was one of the more difficult places to do business just because of the strict regulatory culture there. Now with the courts being used as political weapons, they are likely to be shunned by anyone seriously wanting to do business in the Empire State. It's just too lawless to take the risk of exposure to such potential punitive shakedowns that are now being allowed in New York. I don't think I take much comfort in the promise that this is a one-time event just for Trump. That admission actually makes it worse, because on some level they even take some public delight in their thuggish deeds and can't contain the bravado. So much for the law.

If this stands, it will be a significant blow to our American Republic. Even if it does not eventually stand, the fact that it happened is an indicator of just how far we have fallen.
