    We charge our Lead Design Rate of $74.00 per hour and, or our Tech Rate of $43.00 per hour, when applicable. We do not bid a set rate since website development is a creative process; however, we will give you pointers to keep our time down and your bill as low as possible.

    When it comes to website development, we endeavor to be quick and efficient. Because of many exogenous factors, not least of which is our proprietary content management system that is the backbone of all we create, we are unequaled in what we do here in northeastern North Carolina in regards to creating efficient websites. Therefore, we resist competitively quoting any site, unless it meets certain criteria, and even then, we would quote our hourly rate, with a not to exceed figure.

SNI Content Management Systems: Symbiotic Publisher, Symbiotic Core (Pro) and Symbiotic Core (Atlas)

    Symbiotic Networks, Inc. (SNI) has built two major content management systems (CMS); each designed with unique, advanced capabilities, which we employ to provide an optimized, customized service to fulfill our clients' unique and disparate needs. Each of the three CMSs: 1) Symbiotic Publisher; 2) Symbiotic Core, have the technological wherewithal to satisfy every known need for any class of client, with our profound ability to tailor each CMS's capabilities to suit the individual need of our clients and prospective clients.

    Each content management system is uniquely designed to satisfy the individualized needs of our disparate clients; these systems are proprietary in creation, powerful in capability; and, since they are proprietary, each CMS can be customized to suit the individual needs of our clients' unique and multiple needs.

    Symbiotic Core System: This is our latest CMS that we developed to build our first county government site, and then expanded on the system mightily to create an innovative 'leading edge' site for School Districts. The base service of this proprietary system, which allows a vast range of usages for a variety of needs, can be bifurcated into multiple uniquely individualized spaces, with fully autonomous Admin. capabilities. Additionally, we will spend most of our research and development on this Content Management System going forward.

    All pricing below is on a per month basis, and includes within the base prices of services of each CMS plan, with the aforementioned maintenance plans, which satisfies: all functionality, speed of usage, safety from intruders, and storage capacity of data. The base maintenance plans offered in these packages (at a significant discount to our already low rates) will be sufficient in a few very rare cases, and just a base start to solve the needs of the vast majority of those governments, quasi-government and large companies plan the base price for this specific CMS can handily meet.

For Expanding Clients, with Large Needs We have Tailored two separate Symbiotic Core Maintenance Plans that will Embolden our Clients to have High Online Success by Employing either Powerful CMS to Achieve that End.      Symbiotic Core (Pro): (2 hours of Lead Tech Designer); a 148.00 value. All hours allocated as per the maintenance contract are accruable on a monthly and yearly basis.

    Symbiotic Core (Atlas): (3 hours of Lead Tech Designer per month); a 222.00 value per month. No large governments or very large quasi-government agencies will be allowed to downgrade to the Symbiotic Core (Pro) service plan, which is tailored for the dictates of smaller entities. Symbiotic Core (Atlas) will allow for a minimum of 4 times more storage capacity. than the Pro Edition.
