News Release:

It is my pleasure to accept the endorsement from the North Carolina Troopers Association (NCTA). We are blessed to have such an outstanding group of troopers and law enforcement officers in eastern North Carolina. I am proud to have voted in favor of the state budget that increased pay in the step-eligible for several of our troopers between five and six percent. Thanks to all of our North Carolina law enforcement officers for risking their lives every day they put on their uniform.

"Please come out on November 4 and Support Senator Bill Cook. NCTA feels Responsible leadership is critical for state government. NCTA has conducted an evaluation of the candidates in this race and the overwhelming clear choice is Senator Bill Cook," said Danny Jenkins, President of NCTA. "The North Carolina Troopers Association endorses Senator Bill Cook on behalf of over 1,600 State Troopers and support staff serving throughout North Carolina." See letter below from the North Carolina Troopers Association.
