    RALEIGH    The North Hills area of Raleigh has seen major redevelopment in the last 15 years. More new buildings are under construction now, and others sit on the drawing board.

    John Kane, CEO of Kane Realty Corporation, offered a project update Monday during a presentation to the John Locke Foundation's Shaftesbury Society. In the video clip above, Kane explains how success with the initial North Hills projects helped pave the way for neighbors' support of more recent plans.
