In the Land of the Offended, the Principles of Goodness are the First Casualties | Eastern North Carolina Now

    In these perilous times of great offenses few real, most imagined, Americans have found the norms of past principled behavior difficult to reconcile in these times when pop culture dominates the mass media popularized by liberal politics. Socially untenable and morally unsustainable, this cult of what constitutes the offended status of this woebegone class of The Oft Offended is making its mark on the balance of us - an indelible mark that could forever alter what it means to be an American.

    The principles that have held this nation together, and guided our People through some truly "perilous times" are being sacrificed by ardent Liberals, their damaged spirits staining the fabric of this Republic, where every fiber is strained, and ultimately weakened by their contemptible, unprincipled behavior. Will this nation hold fast together until a stronger, more spirited and principled lot inherits its innate goodness, our heritage, its preservation?

    Tennessee Representative Marsha Blackburn is fighting for that preservation one political piece at a time. Recently, Twitter banned Representative Blackburn's video entitled, "Why I'm Running". It appears that Twitter elected to suspend the First Amendment in respect to the Representative's political speech because she used "inflammatory speech" by mentioning the selling baby body parts", which was not only Representative Blackburn's chosen political speech, but was contextually accurate, as it is true that Planned Parenthood did sell the body parts of aborted late term fetuses. This truth must truly frighten the liberal media, while they continue to foist their rallying-point-political-tenent of Abortion on Demand.

    Representative Blackburn answered in this principled truth:

    "Twitter has shut down my announcement video advertising. Silicon Valley elites are trying to impose their values on us. When I talked about our legislative accomplishments to stop the sale of baby body parts, they responded by calling our ad 'inflammatory' and 'negative.'

    The liberal elite wants to censor us at every opportunity. But the American people voted for a conservative agenda. While we are being censored, Planned Parenthood continues to push their propaganda across the country. Silicon Valley is in the pocket of the liberal establishment."

    The great irony here is that these Liberals will exert their high tech will against a politician speaking for her constituents, to the body politic at large, by censoring her First Amendment right to free speech, yet will celebrate employees of sports teams, who "Take a Knee" to publicly disrespect our American Flag and all of those that died to defend its colors. Currently receiving the greatest celebratory status is the protected-status-supergroup - the LGBTQ community; and those that espouse their unwavering Liberal line - disrespect all conventional principles, and unrelentingly pay homage to all who take it to the next level to do so.

Unlike the Liberals who run Twitter, or Facebook for that matter, who also tend to censor free speech that they find offensive, BCN never limits the speech of others who speak what they know to be truth; witness Representative Blackburn's censored remarks: Below.

    One who fits so neatly in that Liberal stereotype is a self proclaimed "Gay Man", who went to incredible, intolerant pains to make that Liberal imposed sterotypical point, an incredibly sickening point: He despises Christians, but openly has a physical homosexual attraction to Christ. This extreme blasphemy may pique the political courage factor for today's Liberal; however, this grotesque display of anti Christian /anti Pro Life behavior is quite popular among the Far Left ... or, this openly "Gay Man" would not be so emboldened to launch into this invective laced tirade: Below.


    If this intolerant, while blasphemous behavior sickens you, alarms you, and if there are enough of YOU, good, decent people, we may yet save this Republic for Her light upon our path to goodness may be our salvation. Be prayerful for our future, and thankful for the excellence within our collective path. If more humble, courageous folk of great spiritual awareness are led to that light of goodness, we may yet survive the Leftist agenda to destroy our good Republic.
