Hurricane Michael Slams into Florida's Panhandle; Heads Toward Beaufort County | Eastern North Carolina Now

it     After broadly beating the shoreline counties of Florida's panhandle as a category 4 monster, Hurricane Michael turns northeast through the America's Southeast, with a bulls-eye on Beaufort County, scheduled to burden the Pamlico River region with the steady wind and rain of Tropical Storm Michael for most all of Thursday, October 11, 2018.

    Hurricane Michael was such a gargantuan storm, it retained its Hurricane status for all of Wednesday as it tore into south Georgia as it is projected to plow northeast and exit the southeastern United States in northeastern North Carolina.
