The Democratic Party vs God | Eastern North Carolina Now

    The astonishing transformation of people's religious beliefs in the United States has happened so suddenly that most of us are in a state of shock. The majority of the population say they are Christians, so what happened in Charlotte during the Democratic National Convention that stunned the nation? Let's see if we can find the answer. It may not be the answer you want, but at least you will know why God was removed from the Democratic Party Platform.

    All 50 states have the word God in their state constitution. For example, North Carolina's state constitution preamble reads, We the people of the state of North Carolina grateful to Almighty God, the Sovereign Ruler of Nations, for our civil, political, and religious liberties, acknowledging our dependence upon Him for the continuances of those. So if God has been the bedrock of our religious and political belief since the founding of the United States, it would seem stunningly dangerous to remove the word God, unless they had a word of equal power, in their mindset, to replace it. That word is Political Correctness. The enlightened class promotes a living, breathing constitution that is shaped by its new state religion-Political Correctness.

    The Democratic Party reeling from the backlash of removing God from their platform was forced to replace Him. When a voice vote was called for to replace God, half of the audience booed against inserting God back in their platform. The spectacle is what I would imagine the Roman coliseum would have been like when the Christians were fed to the lions.

    The site of the DNC was Charlotte, NC, which was once called the city of churches. One hundred of those churches, not knowing of the DNC's hatred of God, gathered 9,000 of the congregations to pray for the convention. They wanted to extend the hospitality to the visitors to their city by offering gift baskets, offering assistance in transportation, childcare, and spiritual matters. The DNC banned the churches from distributing the gift baskets, because, the DNC said, the churches hold values that are contrary to the party platform. When the churches declared that they just wanted to extend Southern hospitality, DNC officials conveyed to the city leaders that Christians would not be allowed to present their gift baskets.

    Charlotte's mayor, Anthony Foxx told the churches not to participate because their views on women's rights are against the platform. The churches also held pro-life values. The baskets did not contain even one single political or pro-life message.

    However, when the 200 Muslims showed up to pray, the DNC welcomed them with open arms, and the liberal media gave them extensive national coverage. Muslims who publically state their hatred of our country with fierce determination to kill us all and put America under sharia law are welcomed by the Democratic Party while Christians are pushed out of sight like criminals because they respect life and hold family values.

    So if Christianity is no longer accepted by the Democratic Party, what has replaced it? And why do they assume that God is no longer relevant? The Democratic Party has replaced Christianity with Political Correctness which has become their religion of choice. Political Correctness is the Scourge of our Times, and could very well lead to the decline of the United States.

    Political Correctness was developed at the Institute for Social Research in Frankfort, Germany. It was founded in 1923 by a group of thinkers who wanted to know why communism wasn't spreading as they hoped. They arrived at the conclusion that Western Civilization was in the way of the spread of communism. To them, the problem with Western Civilization was the belief in the individual, that an individual could develop valid ideas. At the root of communism was the theory that all valid ideas come from the effect of the social groups of masses. The individual is nothing. So the only way for communism to advance is to help Western Civilization destroy itself. And they would do that by undermining its foundations by chipping away at the rights of those annoying individuals. One way to do that would be to change their speech and thought patterns by spreading the idea that vocalizing your beliefs is disrespectful to others and must be avoided to make up for past inequities and injustices.

    The Frankfort School called their new program Political Correctness. In the 1930s, Mao wrote an article on the correct method for handling people. It was called Sensitive Training, and now every corporation has a Sensitive Training staff. In 1935, after Hitler came to power the school moved to New York where they continued developing their ideas, but in 1941, they moved to California where they found fertile soil for their ideas. Political Correctness remains just what it was intended to be: a sophisticated and dangerous form of censorship and oppression, imposed upon the citizenry with the ultimate goal of manipulating, brainwashing, and destroying our society. Political Correctness is well entrenched in our educational system, at scientific, religious and community levels, the media, the workplace and even our government. It is changing the American society from within, and the citizens of this nation are increasingly censoring themselves and losing their freedom of speech out of fear of Political Correctness repression. It is the nature of Western Civilization to be civilized and respectful of others and concerned with correcting injustices. We don't need Political Correctness to make us think we are not civilized on our own and must have our thoughts and words restricted.

    We see shameful situations created in our schools and universities that have fallen prey to Political Correctness. Some professors, students, and publications are being attacked for expressing a point of view that differs from that imposed by a fanatical far left, under the guise of Political Correctness. In schools and workplaces we see that diversity has degenerated into reverse discrimination, where often the less qualified are admitted and the incompetent cannot be fired. We have seen Rev. Jesse Jackson shamelessly blackmailing and threatening to boycott entire corporations if they don't hire those selected by him or simply make donations to his organizations.

    We have Christmas cards and decorations objected to in cities and schools, but it is OK to show videos or Muslim religion. One school in California forced 125 seventh-grade students to dress up in Muslim robes for a three-week course on Islam.

    Political Correctness, this modern religion, led the Supreme Court to declare same-sex sodomy is a constitutional right. Political Correctness twists our forefathers' vision of the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness into the right to abort the most innocent of life as matter of convenience. And it forces those who object to pay for it. When all truths must be judged as having equal value, all morals and values become equal, no matter how destructive to self or society. Political Correctness has the view that the populace needs to be protected from faith, prayer, and outdated family values. To the worshippers of Political Correctness, the Lord God of our founders is a heretical idea to be forcefully thrust aside for the current Politically Correct.

    Common sense commands that the religious precepts that gave the world the freest, most prosperous, and longest continuous democracy is them history of humanity be safeguarded rather than recklessly discarded. All citizens who cherish liberty must reject the scourge of Political Correctness. Freedom of speech must be preserved in America if we are to continue to be free. It is one thing to be educated, considerate, polite and have good manners, and another to be forced to self-censor and say things that are totally incorrect in order to comply with the dictums of a deceiving and fanatical far-left agenda.

    Let's preserve our freedom and say NO to the scourge of Political Correctness and the Political Party that worships at its alter.
