Europe's energy crisis is politically created | Eastern NC Now

Biden and NC RINOs are on the same destructive path here

ENCNow

Europe's energy crisis was primarily created by political intervention in energy markets,  basing decisions on ideology instead of the free market.  Now EU head Ursula von der Leyden wants to double down on the failing policies that have created high prices and shortage of supply.  Realist Czech Republic President Milos Zeman counters that the whole problem results from "green madness".

Sadly, Biden's regime at the national level and the RINO leadership of the NC legislature, are pushing the same failing policies hard here.  They are going to do to our electric rates what Biden has already done to our gas prices,

Czech presidents seem to have a lot of wisdom.  Zeman's immediate predecessor, President Dr. Vaclav Klaus described climate alarmism as "a budding totalitarian ideology that is the greatest threat to freedom, democracy, and prosperity in the world today."

America's energy crisis is also politically created. Biden's radical anti-energy policies have driven up our gas prices, put reliability of our electric grid in peril, and is on the cusp of driving up our electric rates. He has help at the state level from leftist Democrat governor Roy Cooper, and turncoat RINO legislative leaders Phil Berger and Tim Moore who are doing the same thing to us at the state level with their NC Green New Deal passed last year. These hardships for consumers are all caused by adherence to the climate alarmist agenda.
