Is Candidate Obama Seeking Victory at the Bottom of the "Fiscal Cliff"? | Eastern North Carolina Now

In a word - yes, but that only emphasizes the Candidate's "short game". I use the vernacular of the avid golfer, because I hear that the Candidate's golfing abilities have substantially improved since he has been in office, as is his custom to continuously find the time to play some of America's finest courses.

Candidate Obama's "short game" is to simply blame the Republicans and hope that it sticks through the 2014 mid-term elections. This is no wild assumption on my part; I believe he will actually continue his thinly veiled strategy that, remarkably, has worked so very well so far in smoothing over the collateral damage from his "pretend presidency", now as the Candidate heads into his second term. To the Candidate, as far as the sustained future of the United States of America's ongoing viability is concerned, there is no "long game".

During the 2012 presidential election, as the Candidate was inexorably damaged by a faltering United States economy, and his fractured and inconsistent foreign policy, Candidate Obama simply blamed a Republican majority in the United House of Representatives and a former president, George W. Bush, and as unlikely as it may seem, it worked.

    How?

Candidate Obama's effective plan was remarkably simple: Campaign continuously after Labor Day - 2011, hold no press conferences, appear on as many soft news platforms (including all of the mainstream media outlets'), blame the aforementioned Republicans for everything while promising federally funded free stuff to his core constituents, and, most importantly, maintain a certain close collusive relationship with the liberal press. The collusive mainstream media may have been the perfect incubator to shield this "perfect storm" of inane political strategies that would effectively propel a wholly ineffective world leader to politically navigate the minefields to elevate the political status of their politician over his undeniable substantive governing failures.

The mainstream media is not only a collusive partner to the Candidate, but is culpable in the continuation of his transformative policies that will take the United States, as an unparalleled world power, to a nation, as Blanche Dubois would so eloquently state, "dependent upon the kindness of strangers" - A Streetcar Named Desire. And as dire and desperate as this pronouncement may seem, the mainstream media will celebrate that transformation as one where America will be forced to be a world partner with all nations united, many of which are totally corrupt, and managed by the worst tyrants imaginable. Rather than the United States of America remaining the modern "touch stone" to how a true republic should function, we will be mired in the muck of this One World Order.

A One World Order, for the mainstream media, where a Benghazi Cover-up affair would excoriate a Republican Administration, but receives little mention in an Obama led one, and a fully functioning entitlement society (until "other people's money runs out"), where the economic playing field will be leveled, and leveled, and leveled, and leveled ...

Back to our present day United States political / government field of play, where the Obama Administration is coerced by media stooge flattery to continue its abject narcissism, I see little need for their negotiations with the Republicans, where actually the Math now matters, and therefore the precipice of the cliff will eventually, and soon, crumble under everyone's feet.

    And "therein lies the rub".

This Republican controlled House of Representative has now thrown off the shackles of former President George Bush's "compassionate conservatism", and as the funding agent of the federal government, they have been paying particular close attention to "the Math" of insolvency, particularly since the Tea Party became a reckoning force in American politics since 2009, and hence, they become the perfect foil for this particular president, and they will be blamed. Does anyone actually believe think this will not occur?

And since George W. Bush is no longer conceivably a target, by any measure of logic after the Candidate's re-election (although that never seemed to stop them in the past), to be habitually blamed by Democrats for all of America's governing ills, the Republican House will absorb the misplaced blame by Candidate Obama's Democrats: the hapless Harry Reid, the overly animated Nancy Pelosi, and all their sycophants, their constituents, where "the Math" does not, and has never mattered. Remember the cash register attendant that cannot make change unless the cash register machine manages for them to do so: This is the Candidate's core constituency, and now they, and their president, and their favored politicians, are now running this once proud nation of self-reliant patriots.

And just what will be the story coming out of the Benghazi-forgotten-mainstream-media, "President Obama does care so much for the least of us, so all must be forgiven for everything gone so terribly wrong."

Fortunately, the internet is far more Democratic than the "free press" of the mainstream media, and it, through many of us who employ it, will never shirk our responsibility to the truth of what is real for the sake of appeasing the entitled masses. BCN, and others like us, will not relent and will never abdicate our fiduciary responsibility to our shared reality, and, for those of us with a full working brain, the obvious.
