No Surprise: Fauci’s ‘Final Message’ Is A Lecture On Masks, Getting The Latest Booster | Eastern North Carolina Now

Dr. Anthony Fauci is all but finished "serving" the American people in the federal government, but before he departs to most likely make boatloads of money with books and movies, he had one final lecture for the United States.

The bureaucrat spoke from the White House on Tuesday and encouraged all citizens to get the latest COVID booster, wear a mask, social distance, get tested, and trust the experts. So, in essence, it was the typical rigmarole that has come to be expected from the man who became a household name in the spring of 2020.

"First of all, everybody should be vaccinated and boosted with flu and with COVID," Fauci said confidently to reporters. "So when we're gathering at a family gathering for Thanksgiving or for Christmas ... it makes sense that you might want to get a test that day before you come into a place, in which you might be infected and spread it."

"You can count masking, boosting, testing as part of the spectrum of protecting yourself," he added.

The doctor also said there is no reason to feel shame for wearing a mask.

"I mean, it shouldn't be. I know sometimes when you walk in, and you have a mask and nobody else has a mask, you kind of feel guilty. You shouldn't feel guilty. You look terrific."

"So my message and my final message - maybe the final message I give you from this podium - is that please, for your own safety, for that of your family, get your updated COVID-19 shot as soon as you're eligible to protect yourself, your family, and your community," he added. "Please do it as soon as possible."

And with that, Fauci left the room, but not before he avoided difficult questions from The Daily Caller.

What Fauci didn't address is the evidence showing that learning loss is now plaguing American school children, the record amount of drug overdoses during the pandemic, and other developmental delays - all of which are in response to the lockdowns that occurred thanks to the advice of Fauci.

Here are just eight times that he changed the narrative - and this article was made in the summer of 2020. There is much more to cover.

Despite that, the admittance of wrongdoing will never come from these folks.

    How can we say that?

Well, White House officials are still claiming that their recommendations can prevent nearly all future deaths from COVID.

"Here's what we know. If folks get their updated vaccines and they get treated if they have a breakthrough infection, we can prevent essentially every COVID death in America," Dr. Ashish K. Jha said Tuesday.

Of course, President Joe Biden himself had also claimed in 2021 that if you were vaccinated, then you couldn't spread the virus to anybody else.

    That wound up being false.

Five shots later - or whatever it is - here we are.

Given the number of things that the medical establishment was incorrect about throughout the pandemic, one would think the government would shy away from making such statements as Jha did. Yet, as Jha's comments and Fauci's triumphant exit show, it looks like they haven't done any self-reflection.

They'll still make definitive statements, and then wonder why there is a loss of trust amongst the American people when those predictions wind up being incorrect.
