I was astounded at what I read from President Trump's attorney in that civil case on the behavior of the judge which clearly denied Trump a fair trial. In any honest judicial system, he would be removed from the bench. Here is what she related:
Attorney Alina Habba: "Ladies and gentlemen, you are not allowed to be stripped of every defense that you have. You are not allowed to be told that you can’t bring it up. And imagine a point where a judge tells the lawyer before your client, the former President of the United States, the leading candidate and obvious nominee for the Republican Party, before he takes the stand to defend himself. Ms. Haba, tell me the questions you’re going to ask in open court and tell me exactly what he’s going to respond. And then edited my questions, edited the response he was allowed to give." That is not the American system of justice. It more resembles the old Soviet Union.

What an unholy concoction: Non Patriot Leftist Reid Hoffman, grotesquely enriched, financing a civil case to defend a woman he did not know, to destroy a man he could never understand ... This woman, who took decades to determine she might have been raped, now seeking an unreasonable and mistaken justice, in this time of: pervasively Corrupt New York City Judges; in this city that elects many of the stupidest politicians, of a sickly nation beset by an epidemic of Blue City Ignorance, all currently riddled with crime; nurtured by a swamp of devastatingly low intellectual compliance to an inestimable evil of incalculable ill will against those truly courageous and competent men and women, who will soon shrink away from any scene of hope, where they might and could have helped.
Is it no wonder that Manhattan is slowly dying of demagoguery? An irreversible New York City is damned to a terrible future fate; such is the corruption of an iniquitous people, who sense NO need to seek redemption from this devil of an eventual doom.

She didn’t even have to give a date or a year to get the case to court in New York City. That civil case is an example of what is going absolutely wrong with our courts. Any party to a civil or criminal proceeding deserves a fair venue without unfair prejudice against them. When cases against a polarizing political figure on the right are held in areas where the jury pool is going to be heavily to the left, or vice versa, it is going to be unlikely for them to get a fair trial. When you add hihgly partisan judges who will not grant a change of venue, the result is baked in the cake from the beginning regardless of facts or lack of same. It becomes all about politics, not what actually happened or didn't.
Add to that in this case, Carroll's lawsuit was financed by Reid Hoffman, a leftwing Democrat mega-donor Everything about this case was about politics. A fair jury would have looked at the flagrant inconsistencies in Carroll's "facts" like the fact that the dress she claimed to be wearing did not exist at the time the alleged incident was supposed to have happened. The venue problem is also there with the criminal witch hund cases against Trump in Fulton County, Georgia and in Washington, DC, although probably not the one in Florida.

The communists always liked their slogan "history is on our side" but real history is on nobody's side. It is what it is, and should not be slanted for ideological purposes. The American far left, of which Little Bobbie is a small and insignificant cog, is trying to follow Mao-Tse-Tung's Cultural Revolution to destroy real history, whether it is by destroying monuments or rewritting and distorting the true facts. Bobbie is a Maoist at heart, and may even carry an English translation of Mao's Little Red Book in his pocket.

Attacking history is what totalitarians do. Both the Nazis and the Communists did it. Now the far left all over the western world is at it. Whether destroying historic monuments or trying to rewrite history to fit their agenda, they are a threat to western civlization.
