I had an epiphany tonight regarding Beaufort County's government, its direction, and remarkably how I, in all my years of experience and knowledge, had lost my way in dealing with the inane ignorance that exists around me on the Beaufort County Board of County Commissioners.
Could part of this normalization of stupidity be the fault of society at large, since these fools were elected by Beaufort County citizens, or the fault of the media, which is pervasive, and mostly poor in quality, where much of it it corrupt, dishonest, and even corporate within the ranks of the legacy media, where no real journalists dare tread ... the culmination of such is that far too many of today's citizens are either kept poorly informed, or by the complete incuriosity of another fraction of those citizens, they are left intellectually wanting. I will return with more information of what forced me into the realm of this begrudging epiphany, reinforced by the segmented video(s) from the February 5th general meeting, the underlying backstory, and more.

Remarkably, I just received a press release from the North Carolina Speaker of the House making some of my same points that I published here this weekend.
I will admit that my resolution is a bit more strident; however, it could be because I fully sense that performing statesman like niceties with the Non Patriot Class has long since past. We will publish the NC House Speaker's PR to US and the Governor when ready to do so - www.beaufortcountynow.com
