Resolution in Defense of the State of Texas, and their People's Sovereign Right to Defend its Southern Border | Eastern North Carolina Now

"These are strange are days indeed ... most peculiar mamma." - John Lennon

Try telling me that some old hippie-turned-Conservative could have easily predicted that a doddering, completely unaccomplished man, full of plastic surgery and even more robust lies, did spend a campaign in a basement, under the cover of covid, and then kind-of-maybe-got-elected as the 46th president of these United States; only to convince nearly half of those who mindfully voted for a robot-walking-minus-a-hard-drive-and-RAM-fool that this sorry excuse of a bag of blood and bones could actually be worthy of a second vote 4 frightening years later.

I reckon one could always argue that ignorance rests in the eyes of the beholder, but, I'm not taking that bet ... not in these Orwellian times, when so man of our fellow travelers, upon this mortal coil, know so little of what is real, and far too much of what otherwise might be terminally fake.

We shall soon witness what has become of those who seek out their better, wiser angels, or of whom have rather become those that instinctively follow the easy, manipulative voices of where the transient riches may be buried; so easily found, and so poorly to be spent.

Resolution in Defense of the State of Texas, and their People's Sovereign Right to Defend its Southern Border

Whereas, the sovereign state of Texas has long depended upon the United States Government to defend their Southern Border with Mexico since the free People of Texas, as an independent country since 1836, sought annexation to become the 28th state of the United States of America in 1845, and,

Whereas, the independent nation of Texas did enjoy a sovereign border when it joined this Constitutional Republic, thus expecting the continued and preserved validity of The United States Constitution, which does hereby prescribe and guarantee in Article IV, Section 4 that: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence(.)", and,

Whereas, The United States of America, a victim of the Biden /Harris Administration's Wide Open Southern Border, in particular, has openly encouraged by policy, financed by the People's treasury, while working in conjunction with, and as an accessory to other nefarious business and political components to foment, encourage and create, a full Invasion of Illegal Aliens into the United States of America, primarily through the Wide Open Southern Border of Texas, precisely due to certain prime purposes known best, and only by the Non Patriot Left - that group of treacherous fools, who manage and manipulate the 46th president of the United States, and,

Whereas, North Carolina is not a state continually controlled by the ignoble political interests of the Non Patriot Left, and, furthermore, has enjoyed many fundamental kindred ideals with the State of Texas for centuries; a kinship of ideals existing from the historical standing point that many of Texas's foundational settlers were immigrants originally from North Carolina, and,

Whereas, when recently, intuitively, 25 governors of Freedom Loving States swore an allegiance of support in defense of the Texas Southern Border; a sovereign barrier of which the Biden /Harris Administration's Wide Open Southern Border Policy became demonstrably in conflict with the firm reality regarding what constitutes sovereign borders; henceforth, the inarguably proposed, promoted, planned and public financed Biden /Harris policy to instigate, and continue unabated, the invasion of this Constitutional Republic was inalterably afoot as a damaging agent upon our intrinsically woven societal fabric; a surrender to the inane of political ignorance, rather than the imperative of a patriotic necessity, therefore,

Let it be resolved that the Beaufort County Board of County Commissioners do respectfully request that the governor of North Carolina shall hereby pledge North Carolina's support for the sovereign right of the State of Texas to defend its Southern Border, and since Beaufort County, NC is rapidly becoming a "Border County," due to the Federal Government's institutionalized neglect, Beaufort County's Commissioners do also request that the governor provide any and all interdictive support, reasonably requested by the state government of Texas to aid in stemming this overwhelming, and planned invasion affecting the sovereign security of Texas, and similarly, of North Carolina; both too important to surrender to this treasonous invasion constructed entirely of an evil ambition.

Resolution written by Beaufort County Commissioner Stan Deatherage, and submitted for consideration and passage on February 5th, 2024.

Understanding that there are two firm positions concerning the Open Border Crises, but many realties regarding its current, and, or projected real impacts to the functioning, sustainability of this Constitutional Republic: What position below best represents what you know to be true regarding this impactful policy?
The United States' must continue the Executive initiative of Open Borders until a Democratic Congress can codify full Demographic Inclusion by keeping the Biden /Harris Open Borders policy in place.
Our United States' borders are sovereign just as are our self-governed citizens, where borders must be maintained, monitored and defended, which is the position of core Republicans.
I am in favor of Open Borders to make my America more of a global community; however, the federal government must now fix problems that "Red State" governors have caused in our cities.
I do NOT favor the Democratic Socialists' disruption of the cultural fabric of my Representative Republic, and there will be Treasonous Hell to Pay when the certain calamity begins in earnest.

Considering what real news is available for all to witness, and in great specificity, should one pursue what is true outside of the channeled realm of the corrupt corporate /legacy media, and: Is Institutionalized Corruption real, and is it a hindrance to sustaining our Constitutional Republic now, and for future generations of American citizens?
  Yes
  No
  Not sure

Considering the current overwhelming obstacles inflicting stress upon America's working class: rampant inflation; energy insecurity; supply chain turmoil; banking failures; foreign policy disasters; government corruption; (DEI) Diversity Equity Inclusion narrative, with WOKE extremes practiced; Climate Change ideology; intractable crime wave in Leftist cities; wide open border by executive design; a permanently discredited Legacy Media; failed or failing education industry, just to name a few of the many: Who should Americans blame?
  Donald J. Trump
  Joseph R. Biden
Leftist controlled Congress for the last 4 years.
Bloated, incompetent bureaucracy weaponized and poorly managed
The electorate, US, for putting these fools in elected office that utterly fail

Should the Institutionalized Corruption of the Biden /Harris Administration, in this separate instance the Open Border Policy of our Sovereign Southern Border, be not only tolerated, but sanctioned by the raising of local spending by local politicians to pay for these now visible and known effects of rampant, and out-of-control Illegal Immigration?
Yes, it is a kind thing to do, and a way that our county, our state can aid in this tremendous effort toward local federal foreign aid; and now, thankfully, in great abundance.
No, our Constitutional Republic WILL NOT continue to exist, as our United States of America, if we do not control our sovereign borders, to protect our citizens, to keep them solvent and safe.
I only consider what is topical and popular since my friends, too, only care to do the same.

Stan you have this exactly right! The states are responsible for picking up the slack when the federal government refuses to do so. Every state has the right to come to the defense of another state when sovereignty is at issue. Your resolution is not only necessary but should be supported by every single conservative and Republican but not only conservatives and Republican but anyone that gives a damn about the country and that includes Democrats and independent voters. Well worded.

And that right there is why you were so shocked by trumps defeat.
We all have to share this space my friend.

Big Bob: My first point about your ongoing points, shrouded in your feckless communication of ideals, is your ambivalence to correctness.

My second point is your assertion that 87 million voters, real or not in the voting totals, will join you in the Stupidity Pool, and ... Big Bob, why so cynical regarding the intelligence level of the American voter?

Actually, Democrat establishment and Republican establishment are the uni-party. They unite on all things important. The other peripheral issues are window dressing and theater for the benefit of the divided useless masses.

Reality suggests otherwise. Democrats are united (mostly). Republicans are now divided in two parties . MAGA and RINOS.

Another reality. Because the domcrat party is not split (mostly) all 87 million of us are going to vote JB again. Republicans and MAGA can fight for what's left.

So, the solution from the left to ignoring present day immigration laws is to make a new and worse law.

Just a thought: Maybe it's the uni-party that can't govern, because they won't govern. BTW treason isn't governing.

Just not the one you think!

The Republican position on the invasion by illegal aliens is set out in HR2 in the House of Representatives, and it is a strong position on border security. A similar strong position on border security is set out in both the state and national Republican Party platforms. In the Senate, Mitch McConnell who has always been soft on immigration issues since he is in bed with the ChiComs, sent another soft on imigration fool, Lankford, to do a sellout with Schumer. That sellout of the Republican platform and the Republican base backfired. House Speaker Johnson and the House Majority leader Scalise have both said that the Lankford sellout is "dead on arrival" in the House. A growing parade of Republican senators have announced their opposition to the Lankford sellout and there is growing appetite to depose the traitor McConnell as GOP Senate leader.

Thank-you Big Bob: You just made my perfect point.
