Today, Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) announced he is an original co-sponsor of the Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu National Blue Alert Act of 2015, which was introduced today by Senators Ben Cardin (D-MD) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
