In a nutshell, this video by Ami Horowitz shows what liberal college students think about black voters and what black voters in Harlem think about what the students have to say.

Come to think of it, the Berkeley students sound a lot like the lawyers who fought against North Carolina's voter ID law.

Some of the observations made by the students included; blacks didn't have the type of ID's required for voting and that they didn't have easy access to DMV. They also said that blacks didn't have the knowledge needed to use the internet or they weren't aware or informed enough to use the internet. One student even said that convicted felons are a "huge population of the African Americans" in Florida.

The folks in Harlem were pretty gracious toward the students and said that while there was some racism in their statements, the students' ideas mostly stemmed from ignorance and stupidity.
