    The panelists of “NC SPIN” have been shedding light on the state’s top political issues for more than 19 years — recently reaching the milestone 1,000th weekly program.

    This week “NC SPIN” moves to its new home and statewide audience on UNC-TV. Founding host and moderator Tom Campbell discussed the program’s history and future during a presentation for the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
