Strong Towns group promotes new emphasis on reversing communities’ decline



    Many American cities seem to be suffering through a state of decline, and they won’t be able to tax their way out of that state. Bo Wright, development director for the group Strong Towns, offers a different approach to addressing cities’ woes.
