Dr. Terry Stoops, John Locke Foundation vice president for research and director of education studies, discusses a recent Vanderbilt study questioning the value of Tennessee’s government-funded pre-K program. Stoops offered these comments during an interview with Donna Martinez for Carolina Journal Radio.

Strong Towns group promotes new emphasis on reversing communities’ decline

Many American cities seem to be suffering through a state of decline, and they won’t be able to tax their way out of that state. Bo Wright, development director for the group Strong Towns, offers a different approach to addressing cities’ woes. He delivered details during a presentation Monday for the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
