N.C. fared better than Kansas with tax reform



    Critics of state-level tax reform point frequently to Kansas and its recent budget struggles. Reform advocates point instead to North Carolina and its recent success. John Locke Foundation Senior Fellow Joseph Coletti contrasted the two states’ reform stories during a presentation Monday for the John Locke Foundation.
