"We are proud to endorse pro-life champion Senator Thom Tillis for re-election."

Charlotte, N.C. - Today, Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund endorsed Senator Thom Tillis.

"We are proud to endorse pro-life champion Senator Thom Tillis for re-election," said SBA List president Marjorie Dannenfelser, a North Carolina native. "Senator Tillis is a great friend and ally of the pro-life movement. In the U.S. Senate, he's worked tirelessly to protect babies who survive failed abortions, end cruel late-term abortions after five months of pregnancy when science shows unborn children can feel pain, and stop taxpayer funding of abortion. On the crucial Senate Judiciary Committee, he has led the charge to confirm President Trump's judicial nominees. At a time when Democrats in Congress - including every Democratic senator running for president in 2020 - are doubling down on an extreme agenda of abortion on demand through birth and even infanticide, we need Thom's strong pro-life leadership in the Senate more than ever. We urge the voters of North Carolina to re-elect him."

"I'm honored to have the support of the Susan B. Anthony List," said Thom Tillis. "I'm proud of my record of standing up for life in both the General Assembly and the U.S. Senate, and I'll continue to fight the left as they push an increasingly extreme agenda that includes making taxpayers pay for abortions and blocking legislation I supported that bans infanticide."

Thom Tillis is a pro-life champion, co-sponsoring the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, the Conscience Protection Act, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act. As North Carolina House Speaker, Tillis led the passage of a number of historic pro-life laws.
