Obama Tried to Sink Flynn, Then the FBI Tried to Get Him | Eastern NC Now

    Disgraced former chief executive Barack Obama went out of his way to tell the Trump administration not to hire General Michael Flynn in 2016. Obama made it a point to say he was "not a fan" of Flynn, according to multiple sources. The hard left president dropped Flynn as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014.

    When that Obama submarine job didn't work and Trump hired him anyway, Democrat robots in the FBI were given orders to get Flynn out by any means necessary. That included rigging a set up that would find Flynn guilty of something, anything, no matter what the evidence.

    FBI documents just released Wednesday prove that top bureau brass talked about their reasons for setting up Trump National Security Adviser Flynn in January 2017-and said their "goal" was "to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired."

    "What is our goal?" one of the notes actually read. "Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired? [...] If we get him to admit to breaking the Logan Act, give facts to DOJ + have them decide," another note spelled out. Law professor Jonathan Turley called the document's implications "chilling."

    This from Flynn's attorney on "Hannity" Wednesday night: "It's just absolutely appalling what these agents, and then special counsel operatives, did to General Flynn. It's abuse of their authority at every turn."

    Powell continued: "I interpret the notes as absolutely damning of their conduct and their plan. They rejected the advice of the apparent lawyer who wrote on the handwritten note that they not play games with the White House and instead that is exactly what they did... Their standard practice in other cases [is] to warn of a [Section] 1001 violation [for making false statements to federal investigators]. None of that applied to General Flynn. They had only special violations, of every protocol known for him because they were determined to take him out."

    This case has unraveled so badly for the prosecutors that U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr may be considering admitting that the FBI and the feds engaged in legal misconduct in 2017 and dropping the entire case against Flynn. President Trump is also actively considering pardoning Flynn.
