Democrats Think Biden Aides Are Too White, Not Enough Voices of Color in Inner Circle | Eastern North Carolina Now

In America today logic and mental clarity have gotten so turned upside down that blatant racism against one color and benefitting others is casually accepted as was the Klan in early 1960s Mississippi.

The worst purveyor of this bigotry is the left and their arm of action, the Democrat Party. That's why a gender and racial quota system ranges throughout the organization. Only women need be considered for the veep nominee slot. And if you know what's good for you, she better be black. Now, certain high-ranking members of Team Biden are complaining there are not enough "voices of color" in evidence at elite Team Biden pow wows. If the campaign hired a good number of South Koreans and Norwegians (who seem to be an off-pink), for elite slots; would that satisfy them? Umm, likely not. No, the top aides have another, more self-satisfying, option in mind.

"If you look at the traditional inner circle, there doesn't seem to be a lot of voices of color around the table," Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, a House Democrat, who is black, told the New York Times. The Times, of course, salivated at his faux indignation.

"The team is not built out yet," Biden booster Rep. Cedric Richmond told the Times. "We absolutely are cognizant of how it looks. We believe that optics show values and we're going to continue to strive to get it right." Oh, they show alright. They show and tell approximately 60% of America to take a hike. Like the Irish of the early 19th century in this country, they need not apply here.

Imagine if the idea was turned around and a white Biden supporter said, "The top tier of Biden's campaign isn't white enough. Yeah, too many blacks." Can you contemplate the justified anger and incredulity such a statement would bring? But, turn it against whites? Well, that's just fine.

"People of color (there goes that monochrome color bar again) have power here," Biden aide Symone Sanders told the paper. "When it comes to the purse strings, when it comes to access, when it comes to strategy, when it comes to messaging." Really? Then why is Jeffries grousing?

Joe Biden owes a lot to black voters. Without them he would be picking out his new bedroom furniture at an assisted living facility somewhere in Delaware. They enabled him to come off the mat in South Carolina and start the rout of Bernie Sanders that led to Super Tuesday and Biden's victories over Sanders all over the fruited plains.

Without black voters coming out strong for Biden in November he is toast. That's why it must concern him that there has been an upsurge in support for the president in the black community. Nowhere near a majority. But even a doubling of Trump's support there from 8% to the late teens could hurt Biden in some electoral college vote rich states, not to mention in down ballot House races.

This effort has been led by the likes of the brilliant and beautiful Candace Owens, singer Kanye West, and HHS Secretary Dr. Ben Carson. Leading the way by their writings are Thomas Sowell, Shelby Steele, and Walter Williams. Thus Biden can see some possible bad news in his rear view mirror. As such, he is likely to heed the counsel of Jeffries and put more blacks on his top staff to appease the Democrat powers that be. However, as is apparently the case, his inner circle will remain white. Welcome to affirmative action, as practiced in reality by Democrats.
