New physician to join Vidant Internal Medicine - Washington | Eastern NC Now

    GREENVILLE     Dr. Urvi Gandhi is now practicing with Vidant Medical Group at Vidant Internal Medicine - Washington.

    In June, Gandhi completed an internal medicine residency at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center, an affiliate of Mount Sinai, in New Jersey. Prior to completing her residency, Gandhi attended medical school in the Caribbean at Ross University School of Medicine. Originally from Long Island, New York, Gandhi is excited about her move to eastern North Carolina.

    "I'm so thrilled to be joining the staff of Vidant Internal Medicine-Washington," said Dr. Urvi Gandhi. "With its focus on individual patient care and commitment to the community, I believe that Vidant Internal Medicine-Washington is the optimal environment for me."

    Gandhi joins Drs. Elisabeth Cook, Christopher LaCroix, Kenny Nall, Fredrick Teixeira and Richard Young, adult nurse practitioner (ANP) Jolene Spencer and Karen Whitehead, ANP, who currently see patients at the facility located at 1380 Cowell Farm Road in Washington. She will provide services for general health exams, chronic disease management, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings and preventative medicine.
