And Another Major Law Enforcement Organization Endorses Ted Budd for US Senate! | Eastern North Carolina Now

NC Police Benevolent Association Endorses Ted Budd Despite Supporting Cheri Beasley in Her Three Previous Statewide Bids

ENCNow
Press Release:

Advance, NC     Yet another major law enforcement organization has endorsed Ted Budd for US Senate. The North Carolina Police Benevolent Association - a nonpartisan law enforcement organization - has endorsed Ted Budd over Cheri Beasley. This is a big blow to the Beasley campaign as the NCPBA had previously endorsed her three other statewide campaigns in '08, '14, and '20.

"Based on the committee's recommendations and a board vote, the PBA is endorsing Ted Budd for US Senate because we believe a vote for Ted Budd is a vote for the men and women of law enforcement and the citizens they serve," NCPBA President David Rose said. "Ted Budd understands the risks and dangers law enforcement officers face every day here in NC, or at the US southern border, which now impacts all 100 counties in NC. With violent crime on the rise in North Carolina, more than ever before, we need a Senator who has our backs and not someone who is supported by Defund the Police activists. We endorse Ted Budd for US Senate because he's the best choice for NC."

"North Carolina law enforcement officers are on the front lines of keeping our communities safe every day and I am honored the North Carolina Police Benevolent Association has endorsed me," said Ted Budd. "If our citizens don't feel safe, our communities suffer across the board. Law enforcement departments in our state share a commitment for protecting North Carolinians and making life better. Cheri Beasley might prefer the Defund the Police crowd, but I'm proud to stand with the NCPBA and law enforcement officers across North Carolina who protect and serve our communities."

Politician Cheri Beasley says she's tough on crime but her actions, embracing the Defund the Police movement and fundraising with soft-on-crime leftist candidates, indicate otherwise. Seems these days, Beasley's best friend in law enforcement is the Durham Sheriff who refuses to work with federal immigration authorities to crack down on illegal aliens.

Law enforcement organizations across NC and the country are supporting Ted Budd. He has also earned endorsements from the NC Troopers Association and the National Border Patrol Council.

The North Carolina Police Benevolent Association is a division of the Southern States Police Benevolent Association, a not-for-profit professional organization dedicated to improving the law enforcement profession. As the largest law enforcement association in North Carolina, the North Carolina PBA has been active in North Carolina for over 25 years. PBA members are full-time or retired employees of the various federal, state, county and municipal law enforcement and correctional agencies in North Carolina.

David: One of the Leftist tactics of the Socialists is to smear anyone from the private sector that might have had dealings that did not go as well as desired, then try to paint that individual as corrupt, which is where almost all Leftists are themselves in these, their non patriot times; at the very least within their Leftist intellectual point of poor perspective.

Pat McCrory ran an extremely negative campaign for the nomination, as is chronicled here in his own press releases on ENC NOW, which now serves some political fodder to the Socialist Left as they are struggling to gain traction because their poor candidate is foundering, and will most probably lose, maybe in a big way.

The current polls may serve to lend some hope to Democratic Socialist Beasley's chances, but remember this: Many Republicans do NOT talk to pollsters (I am one of them) for many reasons; often NOW, they do not wish to become part of the corrupt DOJ's database of "MAGA Extremist / Homegrown Terrorists (the very descriptors by elements within the corrupt leadership of FBI /DOJ)"

Ted Budd is all about conservative America First principles, the complete opposite of Biden socialist Beasley. Ted Budd was a minor employee at that company, and it was NOT "his" bankruptcy. You are just recycling one of Pat McCrory's despicable lies. Ted Budd's father did put a lot of personal money in that company to try to save it, but was not successful.
