    Chemical castration, sterilization, and the physical mutilation of young people sound like criminal activities, so why do progressives push the actions as "gender-affirming care"? That's the question behind the latest video from PragerU.

    Host Kaylee McGhee White sheds light on the concerns behind the trend and sounds the alarm over those who push gender change surgery as positive and normal.

    The video highlights the disturbing revelation that children's hospitals are frequently behind the gender-affirming care movement. Among those named are the Boston Children's Hospital, Barbara Bush Children's Hospital in Maine, Yale University's pediatric program, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

    Beyond individual medical institutions, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has endorsed the "medical and chemical treatment of gender-confused children," White says. Those who oppose the position are treated as transphobic.

    The AAP has also joined with the American Medical Association and The Children's Hospital Association, according to White. Their combined efforts petitioned the Justice Department to suppress social media users who oppose their approved forms of treatment, she says.

    PragerU's video pushes back on medical activism, instead referring to the procedures as medical malpractice.

    The video cites multiple accounts of young people who have suffered severe mistreatment, calling the actions a violation of the medical oath that a doctor takes to do no harm.

    How can concerned Americans respond to the disturbing emergence of "gender-affirming" care? White argues that the first need is to stop going along with the language "games." She says the actions are not gender-affirming; they are lifelong physical changes taken upon children dealing with confusion about their identity.

    White further criticizes the concept of the "gender spectrum," arguing that there are two biological sexes - male and female - not a spectrum from which a person can freely choose.

    The video adds much more, including a call for legal action to protect the next generation from damaging medical operations in the days ahead.
