Former President Donald Trump was on a roll Friday evening at the California GOP Convention, using his speaking time to cover a range of topics facing the Golden State - including Cali's abundance of lousy politicians.
During the speech, which lasted north of 90 minutes, the Republican primary frontrunner told the crowd,
"The mission to help you liberate California from communist rule begins at noon on Inauguration Day 2025."
He then lit into leftists from up and down the California coast.
"Together, we will take on the ultra left-wing liars, losers, creeps, perverts, and freaks who are devouring the future of this state like a swarm of locusts," he said to applause.
"And we'll stand up to up to crazy Nancy - who ruined San Francisco," he continued.
"How's her husband doing, by the way, anybody knows? And she's against building a wall at our border. Even though she has a wall around her house. Which obviously didn't do a very good job."
That line grew a smattering of applause.
"But then you have Kamala Harris. She's great," he said sarcastically, earning boos for the former California senator.
Trump then touched upon Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), who encouraged her supporters in 2018 to harass Trump Cabinet members,
"in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere."
"Maxine Waters, very nice woman," Trump said Friday.
"How come she can say things so violently, 'You will go with and attack them in a restaurant you'll do this, that,' nothing happens. If I say, 'peacefully and patriotically,' [then] 'Oh, there's an Insurrection going on here.' Maxine Waters... If I ever spoke like her, it would be the electric chair times 15 for me."
During that section of the address, Trump also ripped Governor Gavin Newsom, and Reps. Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff.
His speech drew laughs from the audience and earned praise on social media.
Not everybody was a fan of it, though. During the speech, Trump also used expletives, including
"motherf*****." His primary opponent, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, also addressed the California GOP and was decidedly less vulgar.
The former president also unveiled a new imitation of President Joe Biden, mocking him for his inability to exit a stage:
Per the latest, Real Clear Politics polling average, Trump leads California's GOP primary by 35 points.
