Judicial double standard: Biden to face no charges on top secret docs
As the political double standard in our judicial and prosecutorial system gets worse, it is now apparent that there will be no charges brought against Joe Biden for top secret documents he illegally kept from his time as vice president and US senator, some of which were found in boxes stacked in Biden's garage beside his corvette. This is similar to Hillary Clinton being let off for the top secret documents she illegally kept.
Meanwhile, the persecutors are still loaded for bear against Donald Trump, even though previous cases involving the Presidential Records Act have indicated that he was within his rights to maintain the documents he had. A Secretary of State, vice president, or US Senator had no such rights but Clinton and Biden have been or will be lot off.
Another good example of the judicial and prosecutorial double standard is comparing the arrests and prosecutions of the Antifa / BLM insurrection of summer 2020 including the siege of the White House with January 6 riots, or the Jan. 6 riots with the pro-Hamas occupation of the US Capitol or the pro-Hamas siege of Democrat National Headquarters with a number of members of Congress trapped inside.
American "justice" is now worse than banana republic levels.
