The US Supreme Court has blocked the radical Biden-Harris rewrite of Title IX of the 1972 Civil Rights Act in its entirety in all 26 states that have sued the Biden-Harris regime. Title IX as passed by Congress protects women in education, but the Biden-Harris rewrite by executive fiat that was never even submitted to Congress, changes it to instead protect "gender identity" and "sexual orientation". Under the order of the SCOTUS, the Congressional version of Title IX will still be in effect.
All nine justices voted to halt the controversial provisions of the Biden-Harris rewrite, but four would have allowed some less controversial sections be enforced. Kamala Harris has vowed to rigorously impose these provisions on school districts across the country if she is elected. President Trump is opposed to them.
North Carolina is NOT among the 26 states protected from this radical woke Biden-Harris decree. That is because our state Attorney General Josh Stein, who is running for governor, is a radical leftist who approves of this woke nonsense and refused to join other states in suing. North Carolina is the only southeastern state NOT protected by the Surpreme Court order.

The attempt to rewrite Title IX to change it into something totally different is an example of how the Biden-Harris Democrats are a huge threat to American democracy. While this legislation falls under the purview of Congress under the doctrine of separation of powers, Biden-Harris refused to submit their rewrite to Congress but sought to impose it by imperial decree of the president. The courts are very correct in striking down that power grab, but the Biden-Harris Democrats want to castrate the court so as to concentrate power in the executive branch. Excessive power in the executive branch is the very definition of dictatorship.

It is disgusting that Josh Stein wants to see boys in the girls restrooms and locker rooms and cheating girls out of their athletic dreams. (Franken)Stein has betrayed us as Attorney General and we sure do not need that despicable scoundrel as our governor.
