How did 8 million Biden voters "vanish" in four years? | Eastern NC Now
Biden's vote count was 8 million more than Kamala or Hillary
An odd thing happened on election night, 2024. 8 million Biden votes from 2020 just vanished, and were not counted for Kamala Harris. A few obviously switched to Trump but most just vanished. Was Harris really that much worse of a candidate than Biden, or were the 2020 votes just phantoms to begin with? Harris' vote total was closer to what Hillary Clinton received in 2016.
Kamala actually campaigned and went to rallies and spent a lot more money while Biden just mostly hid in his basement. Could the differences in their campaigns account for that much difference in vote totals? There was an anti-Trump vote all three elections, and the anti-Trump chorus was louder in 2024 than the past two elections, so that does not explain anything.
Many but not all of the questionable election practices put in place by the Marc Elias lawsuits had been eliminated in 2024, and Republicans had a much more robust election observation and ballot integrity operation in 2024. Could that account for the missing 8 million votes?

Of course, the 8 million votes were phantom votes. Remember after the 2020 episode many of the corporate types couldn't contain their pride in what they had accomplished and bragged about it. In their playbook the ends justify the means. They don't care if anyone with more than $hi# for brains know it. Getting away with it is all that matters.
