House committee report says LIz Cheney tampered with J6 witnesses | Eastern NC Now
urges FBI investigation for prosection
There have been rumblings of demands for Biden to pardon RINO defeated former Congresswoman Liz Cheney, and the big questin was "What for?" Now we knoe.
The House Oversight Committee's interim report finds that the January 6 riot was preventable, but it also found that Liz Cheney tampered with mulitple witnesses during the time she served as vice chairman of Nancy Pelosi's partisan January 6 special committee. Cheney functioned largely as a Democrat operative in that post.
The House Oversight Committee has called for an FBI investigatin of Cheney's interaction with several witnesses. Wintess tampering is a serious felony and could carry years in prison.
Given the recent DOJ Inspector General's report on the 26 FBI informants that were present at the Capitol during the January 6 Capitol riots, it may well set up Merrick Garland for perjury charges for lying to Congress on that subject.

It is really good to see that criminal referral against Liz Cheney. SHe has been Benedict Arnold in a skirt, turning on conservatives within the party even before she turned on Trump. She richly deserves some jail time out of it.
