another crooked Obama judge violates law to block Trump on Venezuela migrants | Eastern NC Now

The Biden regime gave an open door to the homeland of the Tren de Aragua criminal gang by giving anyone from there, including gang members, "temporary protected status".  That allowed them to give and work here as long as that status lasted.  The Trump administration has cancelled that status but politically corrupt Obama and Biden judges are working overtime to absue power to protect Tren de Aragua gangsters and other Venezuelans.

One case has already been disposed of when an Obama district court judge tried to block the cancellation of that status.  In that case, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that courts had no jurisdiction to consider or rule on Temporary Protected Status matters, which are wholly the perogative of the president.

Now another crooked Obama judge, Edward Chen of the San Francisco district court has defied the Court of Appeals ruling by issuing his own order pausing the change in status for illegal aliens from Venezuela.  He is not only defying statutory law adopted by Congress but also the controlled case law from a higher federal court. This arrogant Obama judge is full of himself in trying to  abuse power for political purposes.

He even goes further by making policy decisions on no evidence that are beyond his purview and trying to hold the executive branch to standards he makes up that are not in the law passed by Congress.
