Supreme Court shoots down Obama judge 7 to 2 on illegal alien issue (UPDATE) | Eastern NC Now

In a 7 to 2 emergency ruling, the US Supreme Court blocked an order by an Obama judge of the Massachusetts federal district court that would have halted the Trump administration from ending the temporary protected status of hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from four countries including Venezuela and Haiti.  The Trump administration's order ending that temporary status will now go forward, and those illegal aliens can be removed back to their home countries.

The judicial wing of the Democrat Party strikes again in brazen lawfare.  A crooked Obama judge in Massachusetts has grossly abused her power to try to grab control of a key area of immigration policy from the executive branch.  Obama federal district judge Indira Talwani is trying to protect Biden's own abuse of authority to create broad groups let into the country without complying with our immigration statutes.  She is ordering the Trump administration not to change those amnesty policies.

Under Democrat lawfare of the crooked Judicial wing of the Democrat Party, the Biden regime could make up all of the immigration rules and procedures it wanted without going through Congress, but the Trump administration is not allowed to change them.  This is nothing but partisan BS from a kangaroo court partisan extremist judge.
