SCOTUS by 6-3 upholds Tennessee law banning genital mulilation of children | Eastern NC Now

also bans hormones including chemcial castration drugs

ENCNow

By a 6 to 3 vote, the US Supreme Court has upheld a Tennessee law that prohibits genital mutilation of minors for "gender transition, also prohibits use of chemicals and hormones for similar purposes, and establishes severe penalties for doctors who participate in these practices.  This case clears the way for over twenty states that have adopted similar laws to protect children from these predators.

The Judicial wing of the Democrat Party failed in their effort to block states from protecting children from radical gender ideology predators.  The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals had previously upheld the Tennessee law.

The British National Health Service did an in-depth study of this issue, and as a result advised their doctors that most children with gender confusion will naturally grow out of it with time and accept their biological gender.  They directed their doctors not to  even recommend new names or pronouns, and certainly not surgery or chemical treatment.  One of the "puberty blockers" that is commonly used in those practices is the same drug used for chemical castration of rapists.

Meanwhile, in Austria, legislation has been introduced that would make it a criminal offense carrying a year in prison for anyone, including doctors, psychologists, and even parents who discourages a child from having sex change surgeries or drugs.  The bill is supported by three parties of the left, the Greens, the Social Democrats, and NEOS.   The two parties of the right, the traditional conservative Austrian Peoples Party and the populist nationalist Freedom Party are expected to oppose the bill and would have a majority to block it.
