want answer Congress' questions on grounds it may incriminate himself
Another key former Biden White House official has pled the Fifth Amendment, refusing to answer questions from a Congressional committee on the grounds that his answers might incriminate himself. Anthony Bernal was appearing pursuant to a subpoena before the House Oversight Committee.
Biden's former White House Physician has already pled the fifth before the same committee, refusing to answer its questions on the grounds it may incriminate himself.
Bernal served in the Biden White House as Chief of Staff to Jill Biden and was nicknamed her "work husband". He was a particularly powerful figure in the White House during the Biden regime, and has been identified by some administration insiders as the person who ultimately controlled use of Biden's autopen.

It appears that Jill Biden may be the next one subpoenaed in the investigation.
There is also a separate White House investigation, in conjunction with the Department of Justice into the autopen scandal.
