2 cases show glaring 2 tier justice in UK on illegal immigration related charges | Eastern NC Now

The differing results on two sets of cases illustrate how on issues related to illegal immigration, there is a two tier system of justice in the UK under the Labour Party. The contrast is blatant on how the results differ depending on which side one is on.

The first contrast is between two cases involving "hate speech" laws and potential threats to public order.  In one, a Labour Party local councilor spoke to a rally supporting illegal alien migrants where he called for slitting the throats of those who oppose illegal immigration. He made a gesture of cutting a throat with his finger across his own throat, and said "we need to cut all of their throats and get rid of them all."  That was determined NOT to be "hate speech".

In contrast, the wife of a Conservative local councilor posted on social media that illegal aliens should be deported "and burn down the migrant hotels for all I care". She was convicted of "hate speech" for that and given a 31 month active prison sentence.

Meanwhile in London a migrant staying at the luxury hotel in upscale Canary Wharf that has been the center of protests triggered a backlash against London police.  An African migrant staying at the migrant hotel went to a nearby residence and entered it without permission.  The elderly woman who lived there and was at home when the migrant entered called police.  When they arrived, the African migrant was still unlawfully in her home, but they did not arrest him.  They simply took him back to the migrant hotel and left him there.  When protesters outside the hotel learned of that incident they verbally berated police over it.  While the migrant housebreaker was NOT arrested,  three protesters who verbally expressed their displeasure WERE arrested for their comments to police.

One English city controlled by the Labour Party has even recently banned flying the flag of England within the city but allowed flying the Palestinian flag.  The Labour run city government of Birmingham went even farther and forced citizens to remove both the British Union Jack national flag AND the St. George's cross flag of England.
