Texas becomes latest state to pass law to keep males out of womens rest rooms | Eastern NC Now

Texas has become the latest state to pass legislation to keep biological males out of womens' restrooms and locker rooms.   The Texas legislature just passed the Texas Womens Privacy Act and it is being signed into law by Governor Abbott.  This time, the "woke" corporations did not show up to fight it, as they are seeing that wokeness hurts their bottom line.

Two of North Carolina's neighboring states, Tennessee and South Carolina already have similar laws in place to protect womens privacy.  South Carolina is even currently going to the Supreme Court to protect its schoolgirls after woke Obama and Biden judges tried to get around their law.

One would think this is just common sense.  Persons of the opposite sex should not invade each others restrooms or locker rooms.  But for the "woke", well they just never understand common sense.

North Carolina was once a leader in this area, passing HB2 to protect our women and girls, but after "woke" corporations piled on, our cowardly and spineless RINO legislative leadership, Phil Berger and Timmy Moore caved in and repealed it.

Meanwhile in liberal California, a Middle School changing its rules this year to allow biological boys into girls locker rooms led to a mass walkout and protest by students who were joined by parents and even some faculty who objected to boys in girls locker rooms.
