The radical far left leader of the Democrats in Virginia's state senate, Sen. Louis Lucas, has been arrested on wide ranging federal charges of public corruption. The charges include bribery, money laundering, racketeering, and drug trafficking. Lucas serves as President Pro Tem of the Virginia state senate.
Lucas is notorious as the author of the failed effort to gerrymander Virginia's congressional districts so that Republicans could only win one of the state's congressional seats. She has also been a major player in pushing gun control and sanctuary status for illegal aliens, as well as tax increases.
