Friday is never a dull day when I am working. It is easier to get up in the morning, no matter the conditions . . .for it is Friday!

The windows are up at the rabbit patch and the birds are singing. Daffodils are beginning to sprout, but I am too old to be fooled, at least by this . . .It is February.

All day long, there has been sunshine on the rabbit patch. Sunshine that was bright enough to cast shadows. I have always loved the play of light and shade.

It is hard to believe that we are in the twilight of April. April with its' "showers that bring us May flowers" also brought us ample sunshine , enough to make the wild violets bloom.

It looks like somebody lives at the rabbit patch today. Kyle and I worked yesterday, the better part of the day, restoring order to the territory.

Living on a rabbit patch is not for the faint of heart. My own, has barns that complain constantly about something. The house itself, joins in, clamoring for its' fair share of attention
