These are truly "bizarro" times for the Common Sense Conservative. The treatment of Brian McGinnis, who is a patriot and Marine Corps veteran, is eerily similar to how knowledgeable patriots within our County are/have been treated, on several occasions, by those who've been trying to turn the GOP into a Neo-Con echo chamber.

The Republicans who made this particular cut need to be cautious of who and what they align with; things could further go to hell for the GOP if Uncle Donnie keeps silencing questioning of the US Military being the muscle for Israel.

To sum it all up, people like Commissioner Deatherage aren't Neo-Cons or local bizarro libtards; they give a damn and are trying to wake folks up while there's still time. If the community doesn't come together and call out the bad actors, we're going to be in a very bad way and surrounded on all sides.

If everybody's got money on the line, people tend to pay attention.

Killary has never been arrested nor will she ever be arrested; Benghazi was brought to us in part by the US Government. After Gaddafi told the UN to go f-themselves and that he wasn't going to do their bidding (the mainstream media will never admit to this but it's well documented), they sent in the US (their military arm) to destabilize the region....major shocker there, right?

Libya was actually a very rich country and the Globalist Neo-Cons weren't having it: they operated on the gold standard and kept the banksters out of the equation.

I don't get involved in many elections anymore BUT I do believe that local elections are very important; they are the first line of defense and it's important to get your affairs in order on the home front before worrying about anything else.

Stan is a friend to common sense conservatives, a mentor to creative minds and doesn't stand for homogenized corporate autocracy. He has my vote and support. I urge others to do their homework and continue to root out those who stand against common sense; nobody is going to save us but US.

I don't trust Brabo. I think she wants to globalize the City of Washington and become "Little Greenville". There are already measures in place to slowly implement these alien procedures but the public is too caught up in the engineered crap to see it.

Joe Jr knows this to be true also, he's already ahead of the game.

TBT: There are parts of this story that don't add up; I know how both sides can "play it up" BUT the County GOP is obviously projecting here....playing the victim.

It's funny how THEY, the infamous "Trinity of the County GOP", get alllll bent out of shape about someone refers to THEM as Nazis but have no issue with using direct Nazi terminology when they try to get them ol' Unaffiliated votes from Brabo's base!?!?

I would be curious to know if the GOP could provide accurate minutes and/or unedited video footage documenting this incident (for educational purposes and situational context). If so, the public could decide, not a select few, on the situation.

I've been noticing, definitely since the 2022 primary and the political suicide of MKR (Mark Keith Robinson), that the GOP, especially the NC GOP, is extremely divided on "perception". Anyone who thinks outside the box is labeled as a "conspiracy theorist" and anyone who questions ANY narrative is considered a "troublemaker".

Perception scares both RINOs AND some of the old heads. They don't like anyone who can see from 40,000 feet and call the playbook for what it is. They're used to "things as they were" because it benefits them....no matter how many people get crapped on.

Steed Part II: I'm not going to get too cranked up here as you have a right to your own opinion BUT, and there is a BUT, we're going to go deep in the sheol of things, as they are.

The old guard's caught up in the "short-term" and playing checkers down at King Chicken. The younger guard's playing 5D chess in 8-10K resolution; they're seeing more "long term" and calling $*** out for what it is from an unbiased standpoint.

The attitude that you're showing in defending Kidwell reflects, I believe, a sentiment that's no longer SOP (standard operating procedure). Though you don't like it not do you see the strategic advantage present, North Carolina still has a way to save a key piece of the strategic operation center of the GOP; the Virginia GOP pulled a "Robinson 2.0" with Earle-Sears late in the fourth quarter. The conservative unaffiliated voters, like in NC, put the GOP in check and made party strategists look like the idiots they are.

In looking at the viewpoints representing those of the "old guard" GOP in this thread, it doesn't take long to figure out what the main problem is here:

Certain minds are beyond pissed that Berger/Dixon/whoever in the hell are capitalizing on the public's TRUE view of Kidwell to remove him from his complacent office in Raleigh.

It's politics; hidden agendas on top of hidden agendas counteracting each other BUT there are good people, on both sides of the aisle, who cringe whenever they hear his name. 9 times outta 10, it's because he's an a$$hole and wants everyone to know how great he is. Contrary to popular belief, that doesn't go over well with most people.

Also, I'm seeing a pattern between Kidwell and some of those who believe him to do no wrong:

They're usually narcissistic a$$holes themselves and are resistant to anything that takes their perception of control away....even if it's needed for Mr. & Mrs. John Q. Taxpayer to wake up and smell what they're being shoveled.

It is becoming VERY apparent that there is a huge disconnect between folks in the old guard and those involved with the new guard of Conservative politics.

Factions of the old guard want to maintain control and keep things "as they've always been". The new guard sees where the issues are, they ask hard questions and the old guard doesn't like that because it takes them out of their comfort zone; they're stuck in their ways and would rather go down with the ship than call things as they are.

If the issue of calling out Kidwell is dividing the local GOP as bad as some are indicating (I really think only a select few are pissed off about blowback on Kidwell), it shows that some have absolutely no clue about what in the hell's actually going on in their own backyard....because they're so focused on Kabuki theatrics in Raleigh.

It's beyond stupid.

Kidwell is Audi 5000 and he knows it; so does his small but dedicated fan club. His treatment of the public on his own "home" turf and the Robinson 2.0 Abortion (with NO exceptions for r@pe and/or incest) stunt he pulled last year did him in with those who hold the pocketbook. We won't go into his verbal sparring match with a group of guys who were boots on the ground at J6....that's another story.

If Armstrong gets in and screws up, he too will be in the same boat as Kidwell.

As indicated in the article posted yesterday, both Democrats AND Republicans rely on the Unaffiliated vote to win the public poll; Kidwell doesn't appeal to those who know what time it is.

I don't want him in Raleigh and I damn sure don't want him running the Beaufort County GOP in any position.

Other than on this publication, the Mr. & Mrs. John Q. Public's of the GOP seem to be unaware of the friggin' lunacy they're paying for....that's a major problem. They're either apathetic OR they're getting smoke blown up somewhere by someone to keep them purposely unaware.

Sooner than later, the public needs to start turning up the heat and asking questions. I've already been told that Kidwell refuses to talk to anyone but HIS "Republicans" and that anyone who disagrees with him is considered a "plant".

There's good and bad in everything BUT AI, being the archaic structure that it is, must remain highly regulated and restricted. If unleashed and used by the general public for everyday life, history is doomed to repeat itself.........again.

There are still idiots advocating for the "advancement" of AI but it hasn't gained the traction they, the "powers that be", thought it would. On one end of the spectrum, AI hasn't been warmly accepted. On the other end, "The Terminator" and "RoboCop" ain't that far off.
