Blindly following the narrative of the woke left will NOT lead you to the truth, Bob, but that seems your source for all of your "information". You obviously are aware of the eco-loons who were inserted onto Exxon's board, which is why you reference Exxon. The sources I provided below are hardly the only ones who reported on it.

Exxon's board was infiltrated by rabid climate alarmists. That was engineered by Larry Fink (an apt last name), CEO of woke financial firm Blackrock at Exxon's last shareholder meeting. Fink voted the proxies of the many state pension funds that Blackrock manages to force these eco-loons onto the board. That is why a parade of states, including North Carolina is either removing Blackrock as manager of their state pension funds or at least taking those proxies away from them. Fink is very active in Klaus Schwab's totalitarian World Economic Forum.
