Stephen Miller posted on X: "If you were an American falsely accused of wrongdoing on January 6th it wasn’t merely difficult to get “due process,” it was impossible. The entire system was rigged against you. All of it."

Due process? The Biden regime made a mockery of that with "catch and release" where they gave illegal aliens court dates years in the future, knowing that most of them would disappear into the interior instead of showing up. This made a mockery of our judicial system and we need to take strong corrective steps. After we round up the criminals, which the Democrats are resisting, we need to move on to the other illegal aliens and get them on the way home. If it takes martial law to get around these crooked Obama and Biden judges, then we need martial law to do it and kick out the illegals.

The Orwellian term "illegal immigrant" is an oxymoron. An "immigrant" is defined in our immigration statutes in the United States Code as someone who is lawfully going through the proper statutory immigration process. What Amendus is referring to is defined in our immigration laws as an "illegal alien". Calling the linejumping illegal aliens any type of "immigrant" is a huge insult to real immigrants.
Real immigrants have to undergo a lot of real due process in their application process including a thorough background check and a thorough medical examination. By sneaking in, illegal aliens evade the due process that real immigrants go through on the way in, so they are not entitled to any due process on the way out. Besides, simply sending them home does not deprive them of life, liberty, or property. If an illegal alien who is not a criminal is simply deposited in his home country, that does not deprive him of liberty, and certainly not of life or property. If he is in our country illegally, he does not belong here and his right to come back depends on making a legal application for immigration, not trying to take the law into his own hands by just coming because he feels like it. The Hungarians have a simple hearing for illegal aliens they capture. The illegals are immediately taken before a magistrate and asked their names, countries, and how they entered Hungary. They are also searched. At this point, they usually try to claim asylum, at which point the magistrate informs them they are not entitled to asylum because they entered from a safe country. The magistrate then immediately orders them expelled from Hungary. That is simple and quick. Since Mexico and Canada are both safe countries, that procedure would cover most illegal aliens entering the US.

Amendus: This deportation period is a sticky wicket, since these Illegals were aided and abetted by the Traitorous Administration of Treasonous President Biden.
I am not sure that the American People would agree to give all Illegals your idea of Due Process; however, if the trade off was the prosecution of the entirety of those responsible within the Idiot President's Administration for tens of millions of Illegals allowed to enter this Constitutional Republic, aided and abetted by these Non Patriot Bastards, the American People may consider differently. I would agree with that tradeoff. That would set a fine example for the Non Patriot Left to understand going forward what will come of their extra illegal, and inarguable non patriot actions.

Illegal immigrants in the United States have the right to due process, meaning they cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without fair legal proceedings. This right is guaranteed by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. While the extent of due process protections may vary depending on the circumstances, all individuals, regardless of their immigration status, are entitled to some form of fair legal procedures.
Fifth Amendment: This amendment states that "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law". Fourteenth Amendment: This amendment uses the Due Process Clause, which describes the legal obligation of all state governments to provide equal protection of the laws to all persons, regardless of their immigration status.

Nohate: American Citizens have due process; Illegals, understandably, have less in many instances, such as being deported under a government of patriots; much unlike the traitorous non patriot government of the former Idiot President, who, acting as the Traitor-in-Chief, in the Battle of the Border(s) Invasion of 2021 to 2025.

We The People have no Rights even NOW. YOU only think you do. Its a hoax.
In NC its the law. The police can climb your secure gated fence of your backyard on a whim and then simply begin exploring. There is nothing you can do about it. The local police can come to your home and break down your door on any pretense that they can fabricate and get away with it. They dont even carry/show warrants. So Mr NoHate, you are already at risk.

There is clear Supreme Court precedent on the Alien Enemy Act. It is a case decided in 1948 by the SCOTUS entitled Ludecke v. Watkins that that involved deportation of a German citizen who had been a legal resident alien of the US, with a Green Card, for many years, and had been imprisoned in a concentration camp in Germany when he had visited in 1933 and escaped. The Supreme Court ruled in 1948 that the discretion of the president in using this act was exclusive and that courts had no jurisdiction to question it or even hold hearings on it. supreme.justia.com
The Alien Enemy Act applies under its clear statutory language not only in wartime but also when there is a "predatory incursion" which is exactly what we have now from the illegal aliens. In Ludecke, the Supreme Court specifically held that the Act was NOT limited to wartime, and in fact it was enforced in that case three years AFTER the end of World War II. It is disturbing that our Supreme Court is waffling instead of enforcing this very clear precedent.

THese freeloading border jumpers evaded due process like proper vetting when they illegally came over the border, so they deserve NONE when they are kicked out. True immigrants have to go through extensive due process to come in including thorough health checks and background checks. The Biden open borders regime let these line jumpers in with no checks. Heck many of them were covered with criminal gang tattoos and they just let them in. That is why Tren de Aragua was not in the US before Biden but is now in all 50 states.
This demand for "due process" is a Cloward-Pivot scheme to overwhelm the system so that most of the Biden illegals cannot be reached to kick them out. They avoided due process in letting them in and now want full due process on the way out. That is just bullshit and hypocrisy. Take this Garcia dude. The left want's "due process" but two judges have already ruled that he is an illegal alien who is subject to deportation AND that he is a member of the MS-13 criminal gang. He has already had lots of due process but the far left just keeps demanding more. Foreign invaders do not deserve the same rights as American citizens, nor even the same rights of true immigrants who obey who immigration laws. And "nohate" clearly DOES hate, and what he hates is America.

Be less hateful. It's about making sure they are illegal before jailing. With no due process, it could be you next, with no way out
