The entire basis for the proposed rate increase is based on flawed data and analysis. First, the increase cites the increased cost of replacing property due to the increased risk of wind and flood damage in coastal NC due to hurricanes.

Randy Ramsey's voting record shows he has never voted in a Republican Primary. Some would say this shows he has no interest in Republican politics, probably because his record of contributions show he supported Democrats who weren't on those primary ballots.
