    I am seeking information about this teenage soldier.

    The photo was taken in 1968 Saigon in area III Corp.

    This is my favorite photo because the teenager seems happy to be there. His uniform is torn and a band aid is on his hand. Normally, the new guy is the ammo carrier for the unit.

    No conversation took place and I hope he is a healthy senior.

    The average drafted infantryman was 19.
