The Government Shut Down - Hurting Legal Americans for the Sole Purpose of Standing Up for Illegals | Eastern NC Now

    A fair question. You know, our men and women in uniform are required to show up to work, to defend our country, to protect our citizens abroad, to protect the peace in the many unstable areas of the world, to fight barbaric terrorist groups, and to defend the rights here and the Constitution that defines our republic that so very many take for granted, but will not get paid because of Schumer's (and the Democrats in general) government shut down. But our good-for-nothing Congressmen, will get paid. Let that sink in.  And it's all because they want amnesty for illegals. Government is shut down over a group of people that technically our Constitution and laws do not protect.  So our government SHOULD BE WORKING for legal citizens, for sure. Rather, it is shut down for people it has no obligation to work for. Total Insanity. And I suppose, that is the word that precisely describes Democrats.... Insane.
