    On 7-18-2018, The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Drug Unit arrested Kyle Modlin, 27 years of age, of 7190 Broad Creek Road in Washington, Benjamin Brickhouse, 35 years of age, of 135 Woolard Lane, Rodney Moore, 40 years of age, of 7190 Broad Creek Road in Washington, Jenny Pinkham, 40 years of age, of 7190 Broad Creek Road in Washington, Camillus Rodman, 43 years of age, of 103 Holly Circle in Washington, Misty Adkins, 31 years of age, of 135 Woolard Lane in Washington and Nichole Clifton, 22 years of age, of 1277 Mount Tabor Road in Creswell.

    Modlin was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Purpose of Selling and Storing Methamphetamines and Possession of Marijuana. Modlin was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $100,000.00 secured bond.

    Brickhouse was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Brickhouse was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $7000.00 secured bond.

    Moore was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moore was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $8,500.00 secured bond.

    Pinkham was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Pinkham was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $1,000.00 secured bond.

    Rodman was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rodman was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $1,000.00 secured bond.

    Adkins was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Adkins was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $7,000.00 secured bond.

    Clifton was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Clifton was confined in the Beaufort County Detention Center under a $7,000.00 secured bond.

    Their arrest stemmed from Investigators receiving complaints that Methamphetamine was be used and sold from 7190 Broad Creek Road. Investigators conducted surveillance and executed a Search Warrant at the residence. Investigators found Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia used to package, prepare, weigh and introduce into the body Methamphetamine and Marijuana.
