Winner in Supreme Court case continues fight against forced union dues



    The U.S. Supreme Court sided with Illinois state government worker Mark Janus in 2018 in his fight against forced payment of union dues. Now Janus continues to help other public-sector workers who don’t unions to siphon part of their paycheck without their consent.

    Janus discussed his case and the aftermath during a presentation Monday at Campbell University Law School for the John Locke Foundation and Federalist Society.
