18 Drug-Related Arrests in Beaufort County | Eastern North Carolina Now

    Within the past 2 months Investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Drug Unit have arrested 18 people involved in the use and distribution of a controlled substance. Their arrest stemmed from Investigators receiving complaints from Crime Stoppers and concerned citizens. Investigators conducted surveillance, traffic stops and made undercover purchases of controlled substances that led to their arrest.


    Ricardo Jay Hopkins, 40 years of age, of 236 Magnolia School Road. Hopkins was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine.




    Brandon Woolard, 36 years of age, of 3640 Terrapin Track Road in Washington. Woolard was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

    Joe Curtis Myers, 55 years of age, of 1874 Old Blounts Creek Road in Chocowinity. Myers was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Sell of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.




    Vivian Myers, 54 years of age, of 1256 Nevil Creek Road in Blounts Creek. Myers was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Sell of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

    Andrea Lopez, 25 years of age, of 1762 Kirshaw Road in Arapahoe. Lopez was charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.




    Cheyenne Whitley, 23 years of age, 2567 Windmill Road in Chocowinity. Whitley was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine and Sell of Cocaine.

    Frankie Moore, 41 years of age, of 553 Weston Road in Grimesland. Moore was charged with 5 counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Resisting a Public Officer and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
