Liberals are trying to make it look like President Donald Trump is doing nothing to stop the coronavirus, but new reports have confirmed that this is not the case at all. In fact, Trump is going above and beyond to try and bring what could be a coronavirus vaccine to the United States so that he can save the American people.

A new report from The New York Times revealed that Trump is trying to convince a German company to move their research on a coronavirus vaccine to the U.S., causing German officials to worry that they will lose this technology to the Americans.

Earlier this month, Trump met with Daniel Menichella, the executive of German company CureVac, to discuss this possible move. Vice President Mike Pence, who is leading the coronavirus task force, was also present at the meeting which took place on March 2.

"We are very confident that we will be able to develop a potent vaccine candidate within a few months," Menichella, who happens to be American, said on the day of the meeting.

Unfortunately, CureVac dismissed reports that any such offer had been made, saying that Menichella will be leaving the company.

"To make it clear again on coronavirus: CureVac has not received from the US government or related entities an offer before, during and since the Task Force meeting in the White House on March 2," the company tweeted today. "CureVac rejects all allegations from press."

German officials, however, are not convinced. One official who spoke on condition of anonymity said that CureVac was offered a "large sum of money" by President Trump to move their research to the U.S.

While this attempt to bring a vaccine to the U.S. may have failed, it does show that Trump is doing everything in his power behind the scenes to stop this virus from taking more American lives. Despite what the media says, there is no reason to doubt that Trump is working overtime to find a way to destroy this virus and protect the American people from further harm.
