Liberal County Attorney Francisco Backs Cooper's Illegal Lockdown | Eastern NC Now

    First, it was liberal County Attorney Dave "San" Francisco jumping into debate with the county commission to oppose a gun rights resolution. Now, we have Mr. San Francisco backing ultra liberal Governor Roy Cooper's illegal lockdown order and claiming that county commission members would be arrested if they passed a resolution refusing to enforce it.

    What nonsense. Several North Carolina sheriffs and at least one school board have announced they are not complying with all or part of Cooper's order, and no one has been arrested. Multiple counties in multiple states have done the same thing and no elected official who has participated in defying a liberal governor's lockdown has been arrested anywhere in the country Dave San Franciso is full of horse hockey and he knows it. He is just a liberal Democrat hack trying to toe Cooper's party line.

    Beaufort County deserves better than this leftwing hack San Francisco giving his politicized "legal" advice to our county commission.
